Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of sales and operational processes, including:
1. Monitoring and assessing the cost impacts of client revisions.
2. Inputting sales orders and creating detailed work orders.
3. Identifying chargeable extras and raising purchase requisitions.
4. Contributing to IT system improvements and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Generating new business through proactive calls and marketing initiatives.
6. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
7. Preparing and submitting client quotations with precision and efficiency.
8. Updating the CRM system and submitting monthly performance reports.
9. Managing credit terms, overdue accounts, and resolving invoice queries.
