Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday - 08.00am - 16.30pm 4 days onsite 1 day in the office
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Senior Administrator on behalf of a global company in the renewable energy industry. The role is 4 days onsite and 1 day homeworking Monday - Friday.
The Project Coordinator/ Senior Administrator will join The Team in the Ulverston Office and will help support the successful execution of Component Engineering Projects. This role will be heavily Admin based and will require you to be organised and proactive to manage your own work load. The successful Project Coordinator will perform project support and administration tasks for multiple development projects with supervision, support and guidance from a team of Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks, meeting minutes and next steps) Assist in generating and updating project schedules

Assist in project cost monitoring and control
*
Assist in segmenting projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals
*
Adhere to relevant processes
*
Support project risk analyses
*
Manage the process of component procurement and tracking
*
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
*
Order resources, such as equipment and software
*
Assist in tracking expenses and predicting future costs
*
Assist in monitoring project progress and addressing potential risks and issues
*
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
*
Assist in measuring and reporting on project performance
*
Always adhere to safety processes and guidance
*
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement regarding safety
Key Skills & Competencies:
Experience in a Project Administration or Project Coordination role.
Working towards or holding a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Ideally holds APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) or equivalent.
Ideally holds APM Risk Management qualification.
An understanding of workplace planning.
Basic knowledge and understanding of customer operations and requirements.
General industry awareness.
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and techniques.
Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Display tenacity and determination to accomplish tasks irrespective of obstacles.
To set high standards of performance and attention to detail for oneself within pre-defined objectives.
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Previous heavily based Admin experience
Proficient use of Excel and Microsoft Office 365 and Desirable SAP
