(Customer Service Coordinator) - Position Overview
Customer Service Coordinator required! Our client is a company that manages both D2C, B2C marketplaces and B2B clients in industries such as fashion, food supplements, cosmetics, electronic gadgets, health and beauty, financial services, promotional merchandise, technology and more.
You will be monitoring jobs daily, liaising with relevant departments internally and inter depots, answering queries and providing information to customers within a specific timeframe.
(Customer Service Coordinator) - Position Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Supporting customers by phone and email. Handling queries quickly and efficiently and maintaining a high standard of communication.
* Ensuring correct team standards of customer communication are reached.
* Liaising with the operations team, drivers, warehouse staff and other depots regarding collections and deliveries.
* Ensuring hard copy PODs are returned to customers within the required timeframes.
* Good verbal and written dialogue with internal and external contacts/users always.
* Sending Excel reports as and when required to customers.
* Working collaboratively with the team to identify challenges and find solutions.
(Customer Service Coordinator) - Position Requirements
* At least 2 years work experience in a customer service role.
* Previous data entry experience.
* Good IT skills, with previous experience of using Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Ability to work to deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong administration skills.
* Ability to understand and solve customer queries in a calm and professional manner.
(Customer Service Coordinator) - Position Remuneration
* £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
* Monday - Friday
* 08:30 - 17:30
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays (28 days holiday in total)
