As an Assistant Head, you will: Work closely with the Head of School to implement and develop the school's SEN policy and provision. Coordinate and oversee the delivery of effective interventions and support strategies for students with a range of special educational needs. Liaise with parents, teachers, therapists, and external agencies to ensure a holistic and collaborative approach to supporting each student's individual needs. Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective communication with all stakeholders.
