Every day is different as we support our service users to make their own choices, achieve their goals and live as independently as possible within their own homes. You will be working across multiple locations in Arbroath and surrounding areas.
You will help the people you support to live the life they want, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will enable them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and engage with social and community activities.
Working with individuals on a rota you will also provide support with; medication administration, finances, personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, leisure pursuits and social inclusion. The shifts are variable (between 4 hour and 9 hours) earliest start is 8am and latest finish is 7pm
