Who are you?
You’re a midweight creative copywriter in an existing content, social or advertising agency. You’re hungry for a move because you need variety in your day to day. You have an exciting creative portfolio of vibrant thinking in the conceptual and social space and you would like us to see it. You love your creative craft as much as you love to devour popular culture and you thrive in a fast-paced environment when the briefs are rewarding and the opportunity to own a project arises. You are equally adept at creating the big global brand idea that feeds an entire media eco system, as you are taking it upon yourself to nail the content of a noisy social campaign. Of equal importance are your exceptional soft skills. You’ll be as happy holding the hand of a client to guide their brand direction, as you are persuading internal teams of the merit of your big idea. Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Experience as a Creative in an advertising / social agency or similar.
* Use strong copywriting skills to generate copy, ideas and concepts that best meet the brief.
* A portfolio of exciting creative work in both the conceptual and social space.
* Copywriting experience (and examples) for different clients, demonstrating a variety of tones.
* The ability to demonstrate initiative, take responsibility and work flexibly and independently.
* Good written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas clearly and to brief.
* A hunger to create outstanding, award-winning work.
* Experience in presenting your ideas to clients.
* Exceptional soft skills.
* Experience of leading creative for a social first brief - a knowledge of the social landscape. Must have a good understanding of how content is created, published and shared.
* Ability to work within given budget and timeline.
* Resilience and stamina to sustain performance when under pressure from a high volume of work and conflicting priorities.
