Providing occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life. Collaborating with clients, families, and community resources to achieve therapeutic goals. Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to care planning. Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration. Experience as a Band 6 Occupational Therapist in community settings. Strong assessment, communication, and intervention skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
