About the Role As a Senior Associate, you will work within the firm's highly regarded employment team, focusing on health sector clients. Key responsibilities include: Advising on employment law matters such as contracts, policies, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy programs, and union negotiations. Representing clients at employment tribunals, including case preparation and advocacy. Navigating complex issues, including TUPE transfers and industrial action. Conducting workplace investigations and offering pragmatic advice. Building and maintaining excellent client relationships while delivering exceptional service. Supporting business development activities, including public speaking, writing articles, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
