We have a fantastic team of accommodation workers, providing ongoing support and encouragement to the young people living at Queen Anne House. Our aim is to ensure confidence is built and life skills are achieved, enabling a young person to achieve a positive move on when the time comes. Queen Anne House is located in the centre of Cambridge by Parkers Piece, easy to get to via public transport, or if you travel by car, we have free onsite car parking too. Job role YMCA Trinity Group, Queen Anne House, are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Facilitator to lead the delivery of AQA award units tailored for individuals aged 16-25, focusing on specific areas identified through comprehensive risk and needs assessments. The role involves collaboration with the team to align sessions with current trends and needs while maintaining meticulous records for monitoring, quality assurance, and providing evidence to Ofsted. Please apply if you have the following qualities: Facilitate the delivery of AQA award units to individuals aged 16-25, addressing identified areas of need from risk and needs assessments. Collaborate with the team to identify and address current trends and needs, integrating them into AQA sessions effectively. Maintain comprehensive records and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for monitoring and quality assurance purposes. Provide evidence and documentation to support AQA compliance for review by Ofsted.
