The Division you will be part of :
Tutt Bryant Equipment is the organisation’s Equipment Sales & After-Sales Support (Parts & Service) division. As a national multi-franchise distributor of earthmoving and construction equipment, Tutt Bryant Equipment exclusively represents a number of global brands in Australia. In addition to capital equipment sales, Tutt Bryant Equipment supports its customers in the provision of spare parts, consumables, mechanical service, repairs and other support functions.
The Role & Your Requirements
About the role
Reporting to the Service Manager, the role involves administrating and completing Warranty Administration tasks to prepare and submit Warranty claims. This involves attention to detail, accurate data entry and effective communication skills. There is an element of customer contact and internal department liaison required; training and support to the successful applicant will be provided. Parts interpretation experience or a willingness to learn this component of the role would be ideally suited to this position.
Duties
* Support the Service Delivery Team and reconcile warranty administration paperwork
* Ensure Warranty processing of claim, parts allocation and submission of claims is completed within designated timeframe
* Manage and maintain Warranty work in progress reports
Skills & experience
* Good numerical and analytical skills, experience in Excel and Word programs
* Exposure to warranty control or spare parts interpreting
* Exposure to service department / workshop operations
