CK Group are recruiting for a Training Administrator, to join a global leading food brand company, at their site based in Reading, on a contract basis for 11 months.

This role will be part-time, 15 hours over three days (Tue, Wed, Thu) 8am-1pm.
Salary: £16.00 per hour PAYE.
Training Administrator Role: Create virtual classrooms and include all relevant course material.
Support in the hosting of RSSL virtual courses and in-person courses.
Maintain and drive continuous improvement of the ‘customer experience’ through monitoring and controlling course material.
Provide administrative support in the training inbox for queries related to course materials and any other adhoc requests.
Updating materials in line with tutor expectations across all platforms – in Adobe Connect, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, MS Teams and our print provider Mimeo.
Your Background : An ideal candidate will have worked in events or training environment or has good project management skills, but is not essential.
Multi-tasking and prioritisation of tasks and meeting deadlines.
Demonstrate stakeholder relationship management (for professional working relationships with external trainers and customers).
