Admiral Money are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Funding Operations Analyst to join the team!
Admiral Money was established in 2016. The company has been built on strong, long-term foundations and achieved profits of circa £10 million in 2023. It is a well-capitalized business with a strong culture towards long-term growth and risk management.
As part of its ongoing growth strategy, Admiral Money is diversifying its portfolio from a single-product offering to a broader suite. The business has recently launched motor finance and Specialist Mortgages, with a view to having three meaningful product lines as the company evolves.

About the Role
The Funding Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the operational aspects of Admiral Money's treasury function. The role focuses on the daily management of warehouse facilities, forward flow agreements, and cash flow forecasting. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure treasury activities are carried out efficiently and align with the company’s broader objectives.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to build their expertise in treasury operations and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Treasury Operations:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of warehouse facilities, ensuring compliance with funding agreements.
* Monitor and execute transactions related to forward flows and other funding activities.
* Assist in the preparation and management of cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity is optimally maintained.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and risk, to provide accurate and timely treasury insights.
* Support external relationships with warehouse lenders and other funding partners.
Data and Reporting:
* Prepare and analyse funding reports, including liquidity and funding metrics.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of treasury reporting systems and processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
* Support adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements related to treasury activities.
* Assist in implementing risk management practices across operational treasury processes.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience or education in finance, accounting, or a related field (treasury or operational experience preferred but not essential).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with treasury or financial software is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
