Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities. We work hard enriching the lives of the people we support, with many different care needs. It’s exciting and rewarding work, and we’re full of pride and passion for what we do!
Since the early days, we’ve grown to provide many innovative and bespoke care services to thousands of people across England and Scotland. We want to provide support based on the principles of choice, dignity and respect. This resonates in our vision of ‘Your Life, Your Choice’ and our strategy ‘Best Lives Possible’.
We have strong values and we’re proud to pioneer new ways of delivering social care to stand out in our sector. In the past two years, we have won or made the shortlist for over national and regional awards!
We are focused on our people. Our Support Workers are dedicated and passionate about going ‘the extra mile’ for the people we support and in return, we go the extra mile for them by investing in pay, recognition, wellbeing and continued professional and personal development. We will provide you with all the training, support and personal protective equipment you need in your role and will help you develop, should you decide you want to develop your career with us. Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role: A small care home filled with big hearts, and a love of having fun, with individual personalised care and support plans which are implemented and regularly reviewed and updated as needed to ensure the right care and support is given and received. The people we support love to access the community and wider opportunities, so drivers are preferred. We are looking for people who are committed, flexible, and great communicators who will listen to and respect what the people we support have to say. We love a party and having a good karaoke or bingo night, we are proud of our garden and love to get out and enjoy it and have worked very hard on it. We love a good BBQ in the garden and love to make the most of it. We used to have a cat, and now we would LOVE to have a dog! We all have different needs but we like to make our own choices and decisions, and have our own voice on how things are handled! We would love to welcome new people to our support worker team. The current team are trained in providing person centred care, as well as PBS, MCA and DOLS..
