* A degree in computing, mathematics, science, or engineering.
* Proven experience in application development for large, complex Siebel implementations, with a strong understanding of the development lifecycle.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver work on schedule and to specification.
* Experience with Siebel Open UI, Agile methodologies, and Jira.
* Strong Siebel development and configuration skills, with extensive experience in a project environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* A proven track record in delivering technical solutions and a solid working knowledge of Siebel Workflow Processes, EAI, Task-Based UI, and eScript.
* Familiarity with JAVA and Oracle DB.
* Experience working across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
* I will define and implement Siebel technical solutions to user requirements through Agile user stories, leveraging my experience with relevant Siebel capabilities.
* I will configure the Siebel application according to refined, feature-based user requirements while adhering to Oracle's recommended guidelines.
* I will develop Siebel web services to facilitate interactions with external systems within the organization.
* I will troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring all updates and changes are documented and retrofitted accordingly.
* I will ensure quality assurance by adhering to all relevant procedures.
* I will participate in Agile refinement sessions, providing estimates and planning feedback.
