Job Purpose
You'll be managing the delivery of all outsourced Facilities Management services, including reactive and planned maintenance across the UU Estate that is provided under the CBRE FM Contract.
Managing the delivery of additional outsourced services including catering and vending. Supporting the Workplace and FM Contracts Manager (W&FM CM) in the management of United Utilities commercial leasehold property portfolio.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Managing the delivery of outsourced FM services to circa 340 operational sites, offices and depots including our Lingley Mere Campus in Warrington, Whitehaven Call Centre and our London head office. This has a current contract value of c £7.m
* Ensuring that outsourced services meet the requirements of the Contract awarded to CBRE and other service providers including catering and vending.
* To ensure that all of the above services are delivered within budget and that all SLA's and KPI targets are met.
* Reviewing costs quoted for non-core works to ensure they are based upon agreed rates and are to provide the right solution in order to ensure our customers money is being spent wisely
* Liaising with Production Managers as well as Senior leaders on FM related issues and requests and resolving problems raised as required.
