The Role The Monklands Replacement Project (MRP) team are responsible for delivering a new state of the art acute hospital on behalf of NHS Lanarkshire. You will therefore work with both internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of key programme milestones and agreed outcomes. The MRP FM Lead will be responsible for supporting the MRP Project Management Team to provide a comprehensive, professional and multi-disciplined project management service that supports successful delivery of the Monklands Replacement Project. This role is focussed on the delivery of the Soft FM (Facilities Management) Services and Systems Provision and the post holder will be required to manage multiple complex work packages. FM is a key function of the Property Support Services Division (PSSD) across NHS Lanarkshire providing services such as Domestics, Catering, Portering, Waste, Helpdesk, Switchboard, Linen, Transport and Maintenance.
