Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Planning : Develop and oversee the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Financial Analysis : Deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business decision-making.
Management Reporting : Lead the preparation of monthly management reports, providing clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.
KPI Development and Monitoring : Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a key business partner to department heads, offering financial guidance and support to achieve company objectives.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement enhancements to existing FP&A processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development.
What We're Looking For
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in a senior FP&A role, ideally within a fast-paced or complex business environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings to non-finance stakeholders.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial planning tools or ERP systems.
