Responsible for the direct management of the projects assigned by the Senior Manager. Direct and coordinate activities associated with running projects to achieve efficiency, economy, and profitability through the following duties personally or through subordinate Project Group Members.

Key Responsibilities:
General Management:
* Provide engineering and management resources to supervise project operations.
* Plan, develop, and implement activities for efficient project running.
Customer Service:
* Maintain high customer service standards.
* Monitor, review, and improve customer service procedures.
* Maintain contact with existing customers and assist in developing new customer relationships.
Standards:
* Ensure project operations comply with relevant standards and legislation.
* Liaise with support departments for necessary advice.
Operational Procedures:
* Plan project workload, allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
* Prepare procurement schedules, review designs, and ensure compliance with specifications.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for project requirements.
Commercial:
* Monitor project performance against targets and prepare project accounts.
* Manage subcontract orders and material procurement.
Administration:
* Set up project files, maintain administrative duties, and ensure timely communication within the business.
Personnel:
* Communicate clearly with project team members and monitor performance.
Health and Safety:
* Maintain health and safety standards, support investigations, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Business Development:
* Maintain and develop customer contacts.
Projects:
* Implement and conclude specific projects as agreed with the Senior Project Manager.
