Customer Service Assistants - Front of House & Bar

Salary: £24,346 (pro-rata for part time)

Are you looking for a fun and flexible way to work alongside your studies or as a second job? Want to gain experience in some of Edinburgh's most iconic venues? We're hiring Customer Service Assistants for our Front of House and Bar team!
You'll work with a diverse and friendly team of colleagues while being part of live music, comedy shows, conferences, weddings, drinks receptions, and even festival events. No two shifts are ever the same!

* Welcome guests and provide top-tier customer service.
* Serve tea/coffee and beverages in our bars, café areas, and event spaces.
* Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, and ready for action.
* Play a key role in safety and security during events.
* Help deliver unforgettable experiences for all our visitors.

Note: This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours. Shift availability includes evenings and weekends.

Requirements
