Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop the department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.
* Inspire and support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.

* Develop and oversee curriculum planning to meet the needs of all learners.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a school setting.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop both staff and students.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
