The role requires an excellent level of attention to detail, as the company specializes in manufacturing and distributing a wide range of product lines. Responsibilities:
1. Process sales quotations and orders promptly.
2. Assist the Sales Manager in achieving sales and administrative goals.
3. Coordinate customer schedules and forecasts.
4. Arrange collections and manage customer returns.
5. Communicate effectively regarding stock-related questions and inquiries.
6. Maintain and update stock records accurately.
7. Support the Sales and Office Manager with various sales administration tasks.
8. Engage with Learning Nest modules for ongoing development.
9. Perform general administrative duties, including invoice checks and meeting minute-taking.
Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
1. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
3. Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
1. Previous experience in sales administration or customer service.
2. Interest or knowledge of the manufacturing industry or engineering.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
