Veterinary Receptionist - Join Our Friendly & Supportive Team!
Are you a warm, organised, and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding role in a caring veterinary practice? We're looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly team at Highgate Vets in Kendal. If you have great communication skills and a passion for helping clients and their pets, we'd love to hear from you! This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week over 4 days between the hours of 8:00am-7:00pm.
What Does the Role Involve?
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will:
1. Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients
2. Handle phone calls, appointments, and general inquiries
3. Assist with administrative tasks and client records
4. Support the veterinary team in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience
5. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the best possible service for our clients and their pets

About Highgate Vets
We are a first-opinion small animal practice based in Kendal, on the edge of the beautiful Lake District. Our two-branch practice provides a range of veterinary services, from preventative care to in-depth medical workups. Our fantastic team consists of five vets, six veterinary nurses, a veterinary care assistant, five experienced receptionists, and our practice director.
