We're looking for an experienced C ustomer Manager in Northern England who will play a key customer-facing role in driving the sale s of Elekta’s whole product solutions portfolio. Responsibilities We are looking for a Customer Manager to drive the sales of Elekta’s solutions in the Elekta defined Northern territory in England. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, collaborate with specialists, and build strong customer relationships. This role involves extensive travel within the UK and occasional overseas trips, including attendance at evening and weekend events. This role includes but is not limited to: Ensure that all customers receive high-quality care and attention throughout the sales process, to make certain of the satisfaction with Elekta’s support. Secure orders for new system installations and upgrades, maintaining customer account, opportunity, and contact information in the Elekta CLM system. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, business managers, and funding providers. Manage customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of their relationship with Elekta, including initial contact, sales and pricing negotiation, delivery, installation, training, support, and service. Ensure customer satisfaction with Elekta’s services, managing conflicts and continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction. What you bring Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face. Ability to travel 50-70%. Degree in Theraputic Radiography, or relevant qualification or extensive, proven track record in h igh - end healthcare sales and account management. Working knowledge of Elekta equipment with a strong background in Radiography and knowledge of clinical workflow preferred but not essential. Good presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to groups and individuals. Commercial and strategic planning and delivery. Why should you join Elekta?
