Specialist Recruiter for the UK Fenestration Sector
MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the UK fenestration sector.
Our client is an established manufacturer and supplier of UPVC and Aluminium windows and doors to trade. With solid performance and good customer retention, they are a recognisable and respected brand name within the sector and have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join and develop relationships across the North Yorkshire to Scotland region.
As the BDM, your primary role will be to build relationships with potential trade customers, understand their needs, present solutions, and onboard new customers. You will also look to increase sales opportunities with existing customers where possible. The role is a field-based sales role, anticipated to likely be 4 days a week as a minimum in the field.
Skills & Experience:
1. A successful track record of field sales - specifically within the fenestration / window & door supply sector - is essential.
2. Great people, communication, and relationship building skills.
3. The successful candidate will be organised, self-motivated, and have the natural sales ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
4. Valid driving licence & comfortable with travel across the region.
Package:
1. Salary of £45-55k DOE, plus a bonus scheme of up to £24k on top.
2. Electric company car.
3. 5 weeks annual leave plus statutory.
