OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Housekeeping Shift Leader to join our team here at the Celtic Manor Resort who will be responsible for leading and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in our guest bedrooms.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the luxury hotel market. Working at our 5* resort, you will ensure that standards are maintained and the highest level of cleanliness is achieved. In this role, you will also be responsible for supervising and motivating your team, directing them to ensure consistent standards and outstanding productivity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
It will be your responsibility to ensure that all areas allocated to you represent a 5* standard to ensure guest satisfaction. The ideal Housekeeping Shift Leader will be a good communicator with strong levels of written and spoken English, have a strong team spirit, be able to lead by example, and work well under pressure. Attention to detail, passion for the industry, and pride in your achievements are equally important. Experience in a similar role/establishment and knowledge of Opera (computer system) would be advantageous.
