Who we are looking for:
As a Lead Content Designer you will create clear, user-centered content experiences. You’ll put the user at the centre of everything you do, delivering seamless and inclusive end-to-end services. Much of your work will be for our Public Sector clients, helping users complete their goal and government deliver policy intent.
Required Experience:
1. Develop content strategies driven by data – using analytics and user research to identify user needs.
2. Create, evaluate, and update inclusive content that meets user needs.
3. Ability to conduct content audits, taxonomies, and content mapping.
4. Build strong and influential relationships with stakeholders, advocating the value of content design and presenting ideas.
5. Work with Researchers to constantly test and iterate your content.
6. Design and facilitate workshops with clients.
7. Active role in establishing and growing the content design practice, embedding content design into ways of working.
8. Significant experience in content management systems.
9. Significant experience in agile methodology.
10. Public Sector experience is essential.
11. Ability to prototype in GDS toolkit is highly desirable.
