The Role:
As an award-winning caterer at Education Catering, we recognise the important role our catering service plays in providing pupils with a freshly prepared, healthy, nutritious, and tasty school lunch.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Administrative Assistant within our friendly office team, providing support to both the Food Development and Business Support teams within Education Catering. This busy role will process primary school pupil’s food allergy applications, take responsibility for key day-to-day administrative tasks including answering telephone queries, managing digital processes, and cascading any relevant issues that may arise to our school catering teams.
Ideally, you will possess excellent administration and organisational skills, have previous IT experience, and a background of working in a fast-paced office environment or alternatively have an aptitude to learn and grow these skills. Highly motivated and customer-focused, you will be able to work under pressure, approaching tasks with confidence and clarity, and be able to work using your own initiative. You will need to be proactive and flexible in your approach and work as part of a team.
Hybrid working with days in Winchester offices to be agreed with the line manager.
