We are looking for a reliable individual who will work in partnership with the specialty leads/clinicians/senior administrative staff to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and high quality patient care across multiple services. The post holder will have experience working within a large complex organisation and delivering service improvement, change management and risk management. This is a unique opportunity for a well-motivated individual to join an expanding busy unit to showcase and develop their skills. The post holder will also provide management support to the Clinical Service Unit (CSU) triumvirate. He/she will have responsibility for the performance of administrative and clerical staff and will ensure that services are delivered within budget to agreed quality standards and in accordance with agreed activity levels. Main duties of the job The post holder will also work with CSU staff and other senior managers in the strategic development of the services provided by the CSU. This will include strategic and operational business planning and monitoring, and the development of relationships with key internal and external partners.
