Behaviour Mentor (Secondary School) Are you passionate about supporting young people and creating positive learning environments? This Ofsted outstanding rated secondary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with a student who requires additional support due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours. What will you do? Provide individualized support to the student, working closely with the class teacher. Develop and implement positive behaviour strategies in collaboration with the school team. Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages the student's growth and learning. Collaborate with the class teacher to assist with classroom preparation and management. What are we looking for? Experience working with children in a school setting. Proven success in supporting students with special educational needs and/or challenging behaviours. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build rapport and trust with young people. Calm, flexible, and adaptable approach.
