Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Sale Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure continuity in learning Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and safe learning environment Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and any issues encountered Participate in school activities and meetings as required Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience in teaching and classroom management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the national curriculum Effective classroom management techniques Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Good IT skills for lesson planning and delivery Preferred Qualifications: Additional teaching certifications Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students Experience in delivering remote or online learning Working Conditions: Work in various schools on a temporary basis Regular school hours with occasional additional responsibilities Potential for travel to different school locations within the region All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
