Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our client's Sales team based in High Wycombe. This role is crucial for managing and expanding relationships foodservice & hospitality clients. Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of account management, including identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and products. Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of national accounts, enhancing relationships through effective communication and strategic partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure successful strategy execution and timely product delivery. Develop and implement business plans to expand new business, monitor performance against targets, and work closely with key distributor sales teams to foster product knowledge and generate leads. Regularly report activities and progress, contribute to accurate forecasting, and provide market and competitor insights to aid strategic planning. Participate in trade shows and special events as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and values at all times. Ideal Candidate: Experience in national account management within the food service industry is highly desirable. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
