Block Manager Vacancy in West Norfolk
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and assist in the management of our diverse portfolio of residential and block properties, as well as identifying potential new properties to add to the portfolio.
Aimed at existing Block Managers or those in associated roles (property management or lettings) looking to move into Block Management.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the management of a portfolio of residential blocks;
2. Build positive relationships with our clients and stakeholders;
3. Be seen at client properties, conducting regular inspections;
4. Manage enquiries & correspond with our stakeholders, by phone and in writing;
5. Raising works orders and liaising with contractors to complete actions;
6. Ensuring our clients receive quality services and value for money;
7. Attending and even leading AGM’s, resident and site meetings;
8. Maintaining and promoting the company as a specialist service provider;
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in property management would be desirable;
2. A knowledge of property laws, regulations, and health and safety standards;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people;
4. Proven ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure;
5. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite;
6. Full, clean driving licence;
7. A strong focus on customer service;
8. Knowledge or experience from a related role;
9. A desire to progress within the company / industry;
10. IT literate & eager to embrace technology;

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour for lunch (37.5 hours per week)
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
Additional Pay:
* Bonus scheme;
