As Reception Supervisor, you'll be the cornerstone of our guest experience, leading a dedicated front office team while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence. You'll ensure seamless check-ins, departures, and guest interactions while mentoring and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire a team of reception professionals
• Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling and task delegation
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards and handle VIP arrivals
• Manage guest queries and feedback with a solution-focused approach
• Handle reservations and ensure accurate billing procedures
• Train and develop team members to achieve service excellence
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with hotel management systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Previous luxury hotel experience is highly advantageous
