Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Fit Out
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor with expertise in fit-out projects, specifically in contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, and leisure fit-out sectors.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, estimating costs, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, they will require strong communication, negotiating, and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need experience with CAT A and CAT B fit out, hotel fit out, and design & build projects. Your strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate with clients will also be essential in driving project growth and profitability.

Estimated Salary:
