The post holder will play an important role in this dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be a hardworking, motivated team player, with flexibility to respond rapidly, working under the direction of senior nurses within the team. You will need to work flexibly to meet the demands of the service and be able to work effectively with partnership departments and Surgeons across a 7-day working week, 24 hours a day. Surgical experience is not essential as training will be given.

Ward 10 is a wonderful place to work. We are a ward dedicated to patients undergoing complex surgery, trauma, and orthopaedic procedures.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 CSW to join the ward. The successful candidate will support registered nursing staff and other health care professionals in the delivery of nursing care to patients at a level determined by training, competence, and experience. They will also assist in the maintenance of the care environment and perform housekeeping, clerical, ancillary, and portering roles as requested.
