Contracted Hours: 42 Payrate: £13.03 Postcode: EH11 2QA Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off / Days & Nights Your responsibilities will include: Leading the onsite security team, the Security Supervisor will fully and satisfactorily complete and delegate duties onsite which include, but are not limited to: Take ownership of all aspects of the security team and environment ensuring appropriate operational service delivery Ensure employees are fluent and at all times compliant with policies and procedures Manage employee performance (such as absence monitoring, presentation standards, etc.) Ensure employees have received the necessary and appropriate comprehensive training required to operate safely and meet requirements Maintain and verify that employees have access to the necessary tools, equipment and information required to perform their duties Ensure onsite incidents are responded to and reported efficiently and accurately Provide guidance and support to employees Work with Securitas Branch team(s) to ensure rosters are managed and implemented correctly and that an adequate backup (or relief) team of employees are available and arranged when necessary to maintain post coverage Report key information metrics to internal teams regarding onsite service delivery Assist management with ad-hoc requests Ensure site documentation is maintained and up to date at all times Provide consistently high levels of customer service Complete continuous training and development activities Seek to enhance the security stature of the site by recommending innovations and new ways of working to site management Represent ACS and Securitas in a way that maintains the standards, brand and values of both Essential Skills SIA licence Reasonable commute time to site Min 2 years security experience Ability to work with integrity whilst unsupervised Right to work in the UK with a 5 year checkable history Knowledge of access control software Knowledge of Microsoft Office Strong general IT ability Strong organisation, communication and organisation skills Proactive approach to all activities Experience managing or assisting to manage a team within the corporate security sector
