The opportunity As Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for driving automation and pro-active, data-driven decision-making into the operation to achieve better billing and risk management for our colleagues and customers – with a view to help save cost & carbon. As a key member of the management team, you will be expected to build a high performing team and define and deliver change and data strategies. What You’ll Be Doing People Develop and coach a high performing data & insight team Sustain a team culture of curiosity and improvement whilst prioritising team wellbeing. Develop strong functional relationships with stakeholders incl. Sales, IT and industry bodies. Data Define & execute the data strategy. Focused on improving monitoring & alerting and promoting the use of advanced analytics to predict exceptions and next-best-actions. Define and own data dashboards used to manage the daily operation Pro-actively identify & deliver opportunities to improve the operation and enable colleagues & customers to better manage cost and carbon risks Automation Support the evolution of our Oracle Systems by shaping and assuring change delivery Identify and deliver opportunities for efficiency through intelligent automation solutions, like robotics and AI Lead initiatives aimed at improving data integrity & accuracy Operation Deliver improvements to the way we onboard and bill EBS customers, in time, cost & quality Meet data compliance standards and support audit and regulatory change activities Support the operation to determine what they “want” and “need” Who You Are You’ve got an analytical, process-driven and problem-solving mindset. You’re a strong communicator with proven ability to work independently, as a team member and in a leadership role, demonstrating organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
