About the Role
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper/cleaner to join our home and venue experience team.
You will provide high-quality cleaning and housekeeping services to a mix of private residences, community spaces, and premium hospitality businesses, providing life-enhancing client experiences.
All of your equipment and supplies will be provided, along with a company vehicle for you to travel between client sites, allowing you a high degree of autonomy, and allowing you to enjoy professional relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will progress to a Housekeeping Manager within 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
* Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas thoroughly.
* Change bed linens, towels, and replenish essential supplies.
* Maintain laundry and ironing services as required.
* Report any maintenance issues promptly to the Facilities Manager.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
* Handle cleaning equipment safely, responsibly, and according to guidelines provided.
* Represent Code 9 Facilities professionally and courteously at all times.
Requirements and Skills
* Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
* Reliability, punctuality, and integrity.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a dedicated team.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
