The ideal Restaurant
Manager will have:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong focus on customer
service.
* Strong people management skills
and experience with managing a team.
* Ability to build strong
relationships at all levels and with guests.
* Previous experience in a similar
role in high-end brand.
* Extensive wine knowledge.
* Must be friendly and attentive.
* A passion for hospitality and
customer service.
* Must have high level of both
spoken and written English.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to motivate and drive the
team.
