Salter Grange is partnering with an innovative international Engineering company specialising in Mission-Critical projects across Europe and beyond recruiting a Department Commissioning Manager to join a busy division across Mainland Europe.
The ideal Department Commissioning Manager will have a track record in project delivery and extensive knowledge of complex Mechanical and Electrical systems, preferably in Data Centres.
With a full order book for several years, this role offers significant opportunities for a capable Senior Commissioning Manager to contribute to the growth and expansion of the Business Unit.

Department Commissioning Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee all commissioning activities on-site, including planning, management, and project closure.
Manage a team of direct reports.
Supervise the Commissioning Tagging process and procedures.
Provide regular progress reports internally and externally.
Lead weekly commissioning meetings and guide weekly commissioning activities.
Facilitate daily whiteboard meetings on commissioning.
Attend weekly commissioning meetings with the Main Contractor and clients, reporting weekly progress.
Develop the Project commissioning schedule in collaboration with project planners.
Ensure accurate tracking of the testing and commissioning workforce using site Labor Allocation Tracker sheets, issued daily.
Department Commissioning Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Relevant technical and Electrical or Mechanical qualifications or industry-recognised qualifications
Experience working for a reputable MEP contractor or General Contractor
