Key Responsibilities
* Lead Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory board presentations and group reporting packs, ensuring precision and compliance.
* Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Director of Regulatory Reporting and the Compliance team to ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings.
* Intercompany Coordination: Develop and maintain robust processes for intercompany activities, including balance reconciliations and settlements.
* Audit Support: Assist with quarterly reviews and annual audits of the consolidated group, liaising with internal and external auditors.
* Process Improvement: Operate within a stringent internal controls environment, identifying and recommending opportunities for process enhancements.
