Full Curriculum Teacher – Secondary SEN School (Liverpool) A secondary SEN school in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Full Curriculum Teacher to support students with special educational needs. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on students’ learning and development, with the potential to transition into a temp-to-perm contract. The ideal candidate will have experience working in SEN or alternative provision settings, with a strong understanding of how to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students with diverse learning profiles. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver a broad curriculum tailored to the needs of students with SEN. Adapt teaching strategies to support students with various learning difficulties, EHCPs, and additional needs. Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment. Use differentiated instruction to ensure all students can access the curriculum and achieve success. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and external agencies to enhance student outcomes. Implement behavior management strategies and de-escalation techniques to support students' emotional and social development.
