* Digital Marketing and Social Media Position
* Part-time: 22.5 hours a week
* Split hours flexibly between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

SMAART is excited to partner with one of Australia’s leading centres for psychology and counselling services and education. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to assist with the launch of two new digital services. You'll execute impactful digital marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and work closely with internal teams to deliver successful marketing strategies.
About the role:
* Support the execution of marketing strategies for the launch of two new digital mental health services
* Plan and run digital campaigns to boost engagement and awareness
* Create compelling content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media
* Write engaging copy for ads, newsletters, and campaigns
* Work with the Marketing Coordinator on paid advertising campaigns
* Manage social media content and engagement
* Design digital marketing materials and flyers
* Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organisational goals
* Track and optimise campaign performance for maximum impact
About You:
* Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
* 3+ years experience in digital marketing & social media
* Skilled in copywriting, content creation & SEO
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, WordPress & Analytics
* Experience in brand or product launches
* Background in healthcare, mental health, education, govt, or NFP (desirable)
