The role is integral to the success of Tamworth Castle and reports directly to the Castle, Museum and Archive Manager. Together with other Duty Managers, you will oversee a team of Visitor Service Assistants to drive delivery of visitor services including reception, shop/café, museum service, events and bookings. You will work rostered shifts alongside the Education team, the Collections and Archives Officer and volunteers. This will include some weekend working and occasional evenings.
