We support a wide-ranging customer base that utilizes various manufacturers, including Lenovo, HP, Apple, and Dynabook equipment. Candidates should be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

JOB SPECIFICATION: Workshop Engineer
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Inspecting, testing, and restocking customer-owned equipment and accessories. This includes testing and repairing products related to our business, predominantly Apple, HP, Lenovo, Dynabook, and Viglen, ensuring correct software/firmware is used on all repaired equipment, following test and repair procedures.
* Ensuring customers' equipment is fully refurbished and configured to high standards prior to restocking.
* Ensuring all outbound orders are completed in line with agreed SLAs.
* Deploying selected customer images via SCCM or USB after machines are repaired/refurbished.
* Updating calls regularly with clear and concise details on our call management system.
* Utilizing good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to ensure correct parts are ordered and achieve right-first-time repair.
Requirements: Workshop Engineer
The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to install and replace hardware and configure operating systems. You should be able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently, with a good understanding of PC hardware setup and configuration.
