Title: Registered Manager (Children)
Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum plus performance related bonus of up to £4800 per annum
Type: Full time and permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday

We're excited to announce we have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to open a new children’s home in Coalville, Leicestershire.
Registered Manager responsibilities
1. Monitor and ensure the delivery of high quality, child-centred services
2. Manage all operations of the Children's Home, including staff management and development
3. Ensure the home is compliant with Ofsted regulations and standards
4. Work closely with families, social workers and other stakeholders.
Registered Manager requirements
1. A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges
2. A minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years
3. At least 1 year’s experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting
4. A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place
5. In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
6. A full UK Driving License.

1. A highly competitive salary starting from £42,500 to £50,000 per annum depending upon experience and qualification level
