Now looking to hire a Head of Marketing to drive new customer acquisition plans through advanced digital marketing expertise and leadership. The Role The Head of Marketing will focus on building a performance-focused inbound acquisition marketing model to deliver quality, qualified leads from key target markets which convert into pipeline opportunities and meet the commercial goals of the business. Generating targeted inbound demand through paid digital channels (PPC and Paid Social), maximising the visibility in organic search through SEO, high value content assets and digital PR, and ensuring the impact of our integrated campaigns will be critical aspects of the role. Experience working for a tech B2B SaaS business, scaling up a marketing function An all-round marketer, strategic and creative, data-driven and highly performance-focused with proven experience of measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing Advanced digital skill-set, particularly with strategic search marketing, including SEO, PPC, Social and display channels Experience establishing and delivering a fast-growth marketing strategy for a technology startup Must be hands on, lead by example and have a can-do attitude Excellent communication and collaborations skills A creative thinker, able to demonstrate innovation and be confident to try new ideas that can differentiate our marketing approach The ability to own the marketing strategy, align with the sales team and deliver to defined KPIs, continually optimising and improving results Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products, able to clearly articulate value propositions to defined buyer audiences An understanding of product marketing and how to gain traction for technology products in emerging market situations Experience of an account-focused approach to marketing to both existing and new accounts Must be customer-focused, able to understand customer use cases and develop these into value-based messaging HubSpot is our single source of truth throughout our business, so previous experience (ideally HubSpot) of using MAPs is essential In addition, you will lead and build a small team, working with external agencies and freelancers to meet the capacity and bandwidth required to achieve our goals. The team will produce high-quality marketing content across multiple channels which broaden visibility, ensuring they look like a credible and strong contender to our enterprise audience. The Individual The successful hire will need to demonstrate proven experience in leading the successful implementation of digital B2Bmarketing strategy, backed by results. A track record of building and improving the analytics and metrics required to continually optimise ROI through digital marketing is also key to this role. Deep specialist knowledge in digital acquisition channels is essential, as well as the confidence to positively engage key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
