Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the recruitment department here at Landmarc.
We are seeking a professional administrator who has a keen eye for detail and will enjoy working in a small, but busy team. You will be a determined and organised individual with a good sense of humor and able to work well under pressure.
This role is being offered on a hybrid basis covering 37 hours a week, the role will need to be present in the office at Westdown Camp, one day per week.
This is initially a 12 month fixed term contract role.
Main Responsibilities
1. Supporting the recruitment team with administration tasks such as advertising jobs, uploading/updating documents and data input.
2. Data input on the HR System.
3. Compliance of interview paperwork and ID documents.
4. Using the applicant tracking system for administrative tasks.
5. Ensuring new starters are supported through the onboarding process.
6. Responding to email and telephone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
7. Raising purchase orders.
8. Updating and saving job descriptions using SharePoint.
The Ideal Candidate
* Must be a competent user of Microsoft packages, to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Focused with a high level of accuracy and eye for detail.
* Able to work at a fast pace to deadlines.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Power Point.
* Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies.
* Previously worked in a fast-paced environment.
* Confident talking to internal and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
* Previous office admin experience desirable.
* Flexible approach to work and display a willingness to undertake multiple responsibilities.
* Must be able to commute to a rural office, one day per week.
