About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Level IT Manager to lead and support our Publishing Clients IT operations across multiple locations. This role will be based in London and will be responsible for overseeing IT operations in London and New York.
As the point of escalation for all IT-related issues, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily IT operations and the delivery of high-quality service across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations (London, NY) with a focus on supporting multiple users.
2. Own and manage service and outsource contracts for critical IT services, including:
1. Managed Information Security / Cybersecurity Services
2. Managed Salesforce Support
3. Managed Finance Systems Support
4. Service Management for other app support services (in collaboration with the product tech team)
3. Act as the primary point of escalation for all IT issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive support.
4. Drive innovation in technology, contributing to the strategy and implementation of new IT systems and solutions.
Skill & Experience:
1. Strong experience in IT management, including service and contract management, within a mid-sized, multi-location environment.
2. Experience with Managed Infrastructure Services, InfoSec / Cyber Services, Salesforce, and Finance Systems.
3. A strategic mindset with a passion for driving tech innovation and continuous improvement.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders across different locations.
5. Problem-solving abilities and the capability to remain calm under pressure.
