Cash Application Coordinator

As our Cash Application Specialist, you will support the Cash Allocation Manager in ensuring all customer receipts & payments are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* BACS runs, including ARUDD and ADDACS rejection/amendment processing
* Processing of customer cheque receipts, processing outgoing cheque and electronic customer payments
* Ensuring all Payment Enquires are managed within SLAs, processing Bank Statements and customer payments
* Transmitting Direct Debit files
* Issuing refund cheques to clients
* Support other departments by helping to resolve any cash allocation issues or queries
* Assisting the Cash Allocation Manager in creating day-to-day MI to ensure KPIs are achieved.
What we need from you:
* Previous Cash allocation experience.
* UK Payment Services / banking exposure is essential.
* Previous exposure to high transactional volume processing is desirable.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Personal organisation.
* A proven ability to be able to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment.
